PHILATELIC CURRICULUM VITAE Born in 1940, has an extensive published work, including a five-part Bibliography of Finish Philatelic Literature (1979-82) and The Revenue Stamps of Ecuador (1994). Bureau Member (1978-2000), he became in 1997 President of the FIP Commission for Revenues. Since 1980 is serving as international judge. He signed the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1997. |
